Toddler-friendly and Stylish Blinds, all in one!

Two years ago I had no idea how much things were about to change. I never even thought back then about toddler-proofing rooms, let alone all the details that go into it.  Our daughter was born 17 months ago and SO MUCH has changed since! We obviously wouldn't have it any other way, but I now think of every single proofing detail when I'm decorating a room, whether the furniture can safely be attached to the wall to prevent tipping, or using toddler-proof accessories to decorate my fire surround (it does take a bit of compromising...)

Photo Diary: Fun & Interiors in São Paulo

Destination: São Paulo! Once again off we went on a 12-hour-flight adventure with a toddler (no, we didn't sleep!), but I guess anyone would be willing to do that to swap the windy, cold, wet and grey UK February weather for a bit of sunshine. Or a lot of sunshine actually, it was enjoyably warm.  We had a lot of fun spending time with the family, eating mouth-watering food & drinking real fresh juices (pineapple & mint mmm), going to see the Carnaval celebrations live for the first time instead of YouTube or catching up with the TV highlights, and of course, interiors shopping! Don't be Art-shy, Follow your style!

I'm a huge lover of art. I can visualise art prints in each and every one of my walls, and at times I have to stop myself at one statement piece (or a few if we are talking about my picture shelf!).
